Annual fund development is a delicate balance of process and creativity. On the one hand, you need to be disciplined about the timing, frequency and methodologies you use to reach out to donors. But on the other hand, you need a creative, compelling way to tell your story and engage your donor base that distinguishes you from the many other organizations soliciting these same prospective donors.
